I am a more focused person – thanks to WoF

‘‘After having been in WoF for 9 years I feel as if I am a much more stronger person who is able to work with people from all walks of life’’, said Berenece Mashapa, the Provincial Payroll Administrator in the Eastern Cape.

Berenece joined WoF as a fire fighter in 2006 and a few months later she was promoted to be the Provincial Admin Controller and since then she became more focused in life to provide for her family.

“WoF taught me to become a passionate and dedicated individual which I am today and the programme has really given me the experience that would help me to find a job outside of WoF one day”, she said.

“Work hard in silence, Let success make the noise.
